  • How long does the PMD Clean battery last?

    If you use the device once a day, the battery should last up to two months.

  • What if my PMD Clean loses power?

    Chances are the battery is dead. In the PMD Clean unscrew the metal cap below, remove battery, replace, and screw the metal cap tight. For the PMD Clean Pro, insert charging cable into the bottom of the device, plug USB cord in, and charge for 2-3 hours.

  • How long does the PMD Clean Pro battery last?

    150-180 minutes.

  • How do I charge my PMD Clean Pro?

    Insert the long, thin end of the charging cord into the device. The charging port is in the center of the base of the device. The charging port has a tight seal to ensure that the device is waterproof, therefore this may require a stronger push than anticipated. Plug the opposite end of the charging cord into your outlet adapter, computer, or any other USB charging port available. The light behind the power button will illuminate to indicate that your device is charging. This light will turn off once the device is fully charged (2-3 hours).

  • How often do I replace the PMD Clean Body attachments?

    Silverscrub and polish attachments should be replaced monthly or as needed.

  • Can I use this in the shower?

    Absolutely! The PMD Clean and PMD Clean Pro are waterproof and safe to use anywhere.

  • How long should I use the massager?

    We suggest using the massager for one minute per area daily.

  • Can I use my own soap?

    Yes! The PMD Clean works with all liquid cleansers.

  • Which side of the PMD Clean is meant for cleansing and which side is meant for massaging in products?

    The side with the bristles is used for cleansing. The other side with the firm grooves is the massager.

  • Does the brush head need to be replaced?

    No, our silicone brush is odor-resistant, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. The brush head is hassle-free and never needs replacing.

  • How do I clean my device?

    Wash with soap and warm water, pat dry with a clean towel, and let it air dry. You should also periodically remove the cap and wipe down any debris that may collect inside.

  • What is the difference between the PMD Clean and other cleansing devices on the market?

    The PMD Clean is made of ultra hygienic silicone which means it’s antibacterial, odor resistant, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. It never needs a brush head replacement, is ergonomically designed to flex with the curves of your face, and works well with all facial cleansers and skin types.
